If you do not agree, please refrain from using Arguments. Arguments strives to make its platform accessible to all users and complies with applicable accessibility standards.

3. Content and User Rights

• By posting content, you grant Arguments a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and share your content in connection with the operation of Arguments.
• Arguments will not modify your content without explicit permission, except to enforce platform standards or comply with legal obligations.

4. Content Guidelines and Restrictions

5. Content Moderation and Reporting

• Users can report content that violates our guidelines by selecting the "Report" option available under the "More" menu at said content.
• Reports will initially be reviewed manually by our team, with potential future integration of automated moderation systems.
• Violations of community guidelines will result in a first-time warning. Continued violations will prompt direct email communication, and further non-compliance may result in account suspension.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

• Arguments collects limited personal information, such as email addresses and usernames, to facilitate account management and communication.
• Arguments complies fully with GDPR through our data provider Supabase, which ensures data privacy and protection standards.

7. Advertising and Sponsorships

Arguments engages in responsible advertising and sponsorships that align with ethical and sustainable practices. We explicitly reject partnerships with companies involved in gambling, nicotine, alcohol, fast food, and exploitation of people, animals, or the environment. Sponsored content will be clearly marked as "Sponsorship."

8. Liability and Disclaimers

• Arguments acts as a platform facilitating user-generated content and is not liable for the content created or shared by users.
• Users are responsible for their content and interactions on Arguments. Arguments disclaims responsibility and liability for content accuracy, completeness, or usefulness.
• Use of the platform is at your own risk. Arguments disclaims all warranties related to platform availability, reliability, and security.
• Arguments is not responsible for the content or safety of third-party websites linked by users.

9. Dispute Resolution

• Arguments encourages respectful dialogue and will mediate disputes between users through direct email communication.
• Users can block interactions from other users when disputes cannot be resolved amicably.
• Any unresolved disputes with the platform itself shall be governed by the jurisdiction of Sweden.
• These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Sweden.

10. Amendments to Terms of Service

Arguments may amend these ToS periodically. Users will be notified of changes upon logging in and given the option to review the updated ToS. Continued use of Arguments constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Arguments reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion, including for prolonged inactivity or operational reasons, with or without notice.
